Bali Hut Pavilion
The Bali Hut Pavilion and lawn is the perfect waterfront location and overlooks beautiful Pioneer Bay, Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Islands. It is available for private functions, wedding ceremonies, elopements and receptions.
This beautifully manicured lawn and tropical setting is an iconic backdrop for the Whitsundays and can be styled to suit any type of event, from formal sit down style, to cocktails and canapes under the stars. You are welcome to bring along your own decorations, furniture, marquee and entertainment with prior notice however, food and beverage is offered under the club’s license.

Whitsunday Sailing Club offers a variety of waterfront venue hire options, including an oceanfront bali hut pavilion and lawn ideal for ceremonies, a marina-view deck perfect for sunset drinks, and smaller private rooms for meetings or intimate celebrations—right on the Airlie Beach foreshore of Pioneer Bay.
