Jun 5 2011

Our junior Optimist sailors turned out a great result this weekend in the 2011 Sail Mooloolabah regatta with Klaus Lorenz coming 2nd in the Open Fleet and Eva Lorenz scoring 6th. Eva was also the top placed girl - for which she brought back the very large "Jessica Watson Trophy" - awarded for the first time.

Meanwhile Brendan Hoffman came in 22nd and Ollie Annear 25th. Both boys should be justly proud as it was their first 1-up regatta.
