Lots of action!
The Whitsunday Sailing Club has a very active race program including a Sunday afternoon race series, the Great Barrier Reef Boat Sales Challenger's Cup.

There are also weekly Twilight Races every Wednesday afternoon.
The Twilight Races are a triangular course on Pioneer Bay with Division One starting at 4.30pm just north of the clubhouse.

Major events
Some of the major events held by Whitsunday Sailing Club include the XXXX series, Meridien Marinas Airlie Beach Race Week and the Great Whitsunday Fun Race.
The Whitsunday Offshore Yacht Racing Circuit (WOYRC) is also held in conjunction with Mackay Yacht Club and Bowen Yacht Club.
